Ballroom Dance

You are probably noticing that the subjects of my posts do not match the date. This is because I got behind. So now I'm going back and posting photos that I meant to post before but didn't get a chance. These photos are from a few weeks ago at Emily and Steve's ballroom dance recital. I let Sammy have the camera so I could just enjoy their performance. There are always more girls than boys. In Steve's class they are one short of being twice as many. So the girls are divided into two teams and they take turns dancing with the boys, who dance the whole dance. The boys probably need more practice anyway. In this first photo Sammy caught Steve during his turn with out a partner.

Emily is in the advanced class and was excited for some of the "awesome" steps they learned this term. The first photo is of her with Mrs. Asbell, the parent coordinator.
